WINGS - Women In God's Service
Leader: Lori West

Second Sunday of the month after morning service and as announced

WINGS is our local branch of the Women's Missionary Auxiliary, which is authorized at the local, district, state, and national levels, and encourages women in their Christian growth and offers opportunities for service.  The WMA assists the Baptist Missionary Association through local projects, personal and corporate evangelism, Christian education, and benevolence.  The Auxiliary serves as an advocate to meet the needs of local, state, interstate, and foreign-based missionaries who serve in the churches of the Baptist Missionary Association of America.  WMA is designed to provide a scriptural avenue of service to women who wish to use their talents, seek spiritual growth through Bible study, and support and promote evangelism and Christian fellowship. Our local chapter typically meets over Sunday lunch and a Bible study.

"But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love."

II Peter 1:5-7
